How long will a bow last?
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Australia. Delivery (for satin bows) is included for Sydney and metro areas. For delivery rates to intrastate and interstate customers please email or call us for a quote.
Can you make a bow in a colour not in the colour range?
Yes we can. If you have a Pantone number or colour sample, we will try our best to match the fabric to it. Please note the price may vary.
I would like a bow in a different fabric, can you do that?
We can make bows from different types of fabric, however this type of order would be quoted on as fabric choices can change the price.
Can you make the lengths of ribbon/straps that go around the car different sizes?
The straps through the bow can be moved freely up or down to accommodate the different vehicle lengths. We also understand some vehicles can be a lot bigger/smaller and that the lengths may need to be altered. This type of alteration may incur a charge.
What are the bows made of?
We use polyester satin, foam, plastic and lots of machine stitching and hand sewing.
How long would an order for a bow take?
All our bows are custom made, therefore normally allow one to two weeks from when an order is placed until delivery. We understand that sometimes a bow is needed yesterday and will try to accommodate individual circumstances. Please call to check availability for immediate delivery.

Payment is required before the bow is dispatched.

Can I get a refund?
All our products are custom made and returns are not usually accepted. In the unlikely event there is a fault, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
How do I clean the bow?
For grease/oil stains; the two lengths of ribbon/straps that drape around the car can be removed and professionally dry-cleaned.The actual bow, if it is soiled, can be cleaned and will depend on what the stain is. If the stain is not oil based, use a lightly dampened clean cloth (using only water to dampen) and gently sponge away stain. When the stain is removed, use the cloth to lightly go over the outer area so as not to leave a watermark.
If the bow is soiled with grease/oil stain, it will need to be taken to a professional dry-cleaner for spot cleaning. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for further information.
Can I rent a bow?
Sometimes we do have bows available rent. A deposit would be be required.
