How
long would an order for a bow
take?
All
our bows are custom made, therefore
normally allow two weeks from
when an order is placed until
delivery. We understand that sometimes
a bow is needed yesterday and
will try to accommodate individual
circumstances. Please call to
check availability for immediate
delivery.
How
long will a bow last?
A
bow should last for years, if
it is treated well when being
used and stored correctly when
not being used.

When
should I pay for my order?
Payment
is required before the bow is
delivered and we will send an
invoice a week before this.
I
would like a bow in a different
fabric, can you do that?
We
can make bows from different types
of fabric, however this type of
order would be quoted on as fabric
choices can change the price of
a bow dramatically.
Can
you make the lengths of ribbon
that go around the car different
sizes?
The straps through the bow can be moved freely up or down to accommodate the different car lengths. We also understand some cars can be a lot bigger/smaller and that the lengths may need to be altered. This type of alteration will not incur a charge.
How
can I pay for my order?
We
accept direct deposit or cheque.
What
are the bows made of?
We
use satin, foam and plastic and
lots of hand-sewing.
Can
I get a refund?
All our products are custom made and returns are not accepted. In the unlikely event there is a fault, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
Can
you make a bow in a colour not
in the colour range?
Yes
we can. Please note the price
may vary.
How
do I clean the bow?
For
grease/oil stains; the two lengths
of ribbon that drape around the
car can be removed and professionally
dry-cleaned.The actual bow, if
it is soiled, can be cleaned and
will depend on what the stain
is. If the stain is not oil based,
use a lightly dampened clean cloth
(using only water to dampen) and
gently sponge away stain. When
the stain is removed, use the
cloth to lightly go over the outer
area as well.
If the bow is soiled with grease/oil
stain, it will need to be taken
to a professional dry-cleaner
for spot cleaning.Please don’t
